INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with art. No.13 of European Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter “GDPR”), Tekson Hydraulics Corporation provides you with the following information on the processing of personal data.

1 . Data controller

The data controller is Tekson Hydraulics Corporation, with registered office in L 452/453, G.I.D.C. Near SBI Bank, Odhav, behind sacha sauda petrol pump, Ahmedabad-382415, Gujarat, India (hereinafter, “Company” or “Data Controller”).

2. Purpose of the processing, legal basis and terms of preservation

Purpose: The organization of a webinar in which you have expressed interest, including the distribution of operational instructions and, if applicable, credentials for event registration, along with the transmission of updates on similar events organized by the Data Controller.
Legal basis: According to Article 6, letter b) of the GDPR, data processing is deemed necessary for the performance of a contract or service in which the interested party is involved. The sending of updates regarding similar events organized by the Data Controller is conducted in accordance with the principle of legitimate interest (Article 6, letter f).
Data retention period: Information will be retained until the interested party requests the deletion of their data.
Nature of the provision: Providing data is essential to achieve the specified purposes. Failure to provide the required information may impact the provision of services.

3. Provision of personal data

Providing your personal data for the purposes outlined in paragraph 2.1 is essential to respond to your inquiries. Meanwhile, furnishing your personal data as described in paragraph 2.2 is solely required to receive the promotional newsletter. Any refusal or provision of inaccurate or incomplete information would render the registration/subscription to the Company’s newsletter impossible.
Supplying your personal data for the objectives outlined in item 2.3 is indispensable to finalize the candidate recruitment process.

4. Categories of data’s recipients

Employees and/or collaborators of the controller, who have received appropriate operational instructions and explicit authorization to process, will handle your personal data. Your information may be disclosed to independent data controllers, including authorities, supervisory and control bodies, and other entities—whether public or private—authorized to request/receive data.
External parties, specifically designated as data controllers, may process your data. This includes entities performing processing activities on behalf of the Company, such as companies responsible for maintaining/managing the website and electronic and/or telematic tools used by the Company. Additionally, companies managing the registration and/or distribution of the newsletter may be involved and have received adequate instructions.

5. Rights of the interested party

The Data Subject can ask the Data Controller to access the data concerning him / her, their deletion, the correction of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing in the cases provided by art. 18 GDPR, as well as the opposition pursuant to art. 21 GDPR, for reasons related to their particular situation, in the hypothesis of treatment based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
The Data Subject also possesses the right to revoke any granted consent at any time, thereby opting out of receiving the promotional newsletter. This can be done by sending an email to tekson_hydraulics@yahoo.in. To exercise their rights, the Data Subject can contact the Data Controller via email at tekson_hydraulics@yahoo.in.
At any time, the Data Subject is entitled to file a complaint under the GDPR or explore other means of protection as stipulated by applicable law.
